Chef
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to the guests.
- Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders.
- Able to prepare food within recommended time frames to meet Guest expectations.
- Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items according to the recipe and specifications.
- Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and the yield guide.
- Checks supplies and prep lists to ensure all items are prepared in a timely fashion.
- Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
- Demonstrate the ability to cater for special events and craft bespoke menus tailored to guest preferences, while ensuring alignment with predefined budgets and quality standards.
- Competence to handle other responsibilities and the overall operation of the villa.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of five years of culinary experience as a Chef.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Should be able to communicate, read, and write clearly and effectively.
