Chef

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene
  • Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to the guests.
  • Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders.
  • Able to prepare food within recommended time frames to meet Guest expectations.
  • Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items according to the recipe and specifications.
  • Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and the yield guide.
  • Checks supplies and prep lists to ensure all items are prepared in a timely fashion.
  • Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
  • Demonstrate the ability to cater for special events and craft bespoke menus tailored to guest preferences, while ensuring alignment with predefined budgets and quality standards.
  • Competence to handle other responsibilities and the overall operation of the villa.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of five years of culinary experience as a Chef.
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
  • Should be able to communicate, read, and write clearly and effectively.
