EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - TRADING OPERATIONS & MARKET SURVEILLANCE
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified young graduate/professional to be part of CSE's Trading Operations and Market Surveillance division, which is responsible for administering the secondary trading operations of the CSE, carrying out market surveillance functions and ensuring the orderly and efficient dissemination of corporate information submitted by Listed Companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and administer the secondary trading operations through the CSE’s trading systems.
- Efficient dissemination of corporate announcements, quarterly financial statements and annual reports submitted by listed companies to the market.
- Follow-up and take action in the event of non-compliance with Listing Rules by listed companies.
- Conduct analysis relating to suspected cases of market misconduct and prepare a referral/report to be submitted to the SEC and/or the relevant Stockbroker Firm (as appropriate).
- Advise listed companies on their level of compliance with the CSE Listing Rules.
- Advise Stockbroker Firms regarding matters related to Trading.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized University, preferably in Management, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Around 02 years' work experience in a reputed organization would be an added advantage.
- Excellent command in English (written and oral).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Good team-player.
