SALES ASSOCIATE - FASHION RETAIL
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Provide styling tips and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Restock and manage merchandise displays.
- Operate POS systems for sales, exchanges, and returns.
- Assist with receiving and organizing new stock.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: G.C.E O/L.
- Previous experience in fashion retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Flexible and available to work on a roster basis, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Sinhala and English.
- Female candidates only.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Passion for fashion and trends.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
