About Us

Ecogleam Manufacturing is a fast-growing company in Sri Lanka, focused on delivering high-quality water filtration systems for homes, hotels, and businesses. We are also involved in shampoo bottling for the hotel supply chain. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new customers and distributors in retail, hospitality, and domestic markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Conduct product presentations and on-site visits as needed
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and quotations
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth after-sales service

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (experience in FMCG or home appliances is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel when required
  • Positive attitude with a goal-driven mindset
