JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - RE-INSURANCE
We are looking for young, dynamic, energetic and self-motivated team player who is willing to pursue a career in insurance. Here’s your opportunity to join the winning team and achieve greater heights in your profession.
Key Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist department manager to complete the treaty agreement.
- Prepare quarterly reports for Treaty re-insurers (Lead & Follow-lines)
- Preparation of necessary monthly/quarterly reports for SRCC and T fund handling by NITF within agreed time periods
- Assist underwriting departments to find CO/FAC support for insurance business is beyond our Treaty capacity
- Timely dispatch of closing slips to CO/FAC support re-insurers and follow up for payment within agreed credit period as per PPW
- Approaching other insurance companies to improve our relationship to increase the volume of business.
- Preparation of monthly / quarterly claims report and other specific reports for Management.
- Follow-up Re-insurance claims and recoveries
- Participate with system modifications and rectifications with regarding the re-insurance
- Manage re-insurance files and filing room
- Follow-up with finance department and arrange Treaty payments without delay
Profile:
- A full or Part qualification in Insurance from a recognized institution
- Strong understanding of re-insurance concepts and principles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Colombo (Head Office)
