Secretary to the Directors & Head of Administration
This pivotal dual-role combines high-level executive assistance with the oversight of day-to-day administrative functions. You will act as a key bridge between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders, while ensuring smooth operations across administrative units, procurement, and facility management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is highly organized, and values confidentiality and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage director schedules, documentation, meeting preparations, and confidential correspondence.
- Supervise administrative staff and drive operational efficiency in facility management.
- Oversee procurement, office supplies, asset management, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and manage external service providers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar dual-role capacity.
- Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational skills.
Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will take the lead in establishing a solid financial foundation for the company during its growth phase. This includes full-spectrum financial management, strategic analysis, reporting, and ensuring seamless ERP and SFA implementation. The candidate will work closely with top leadership, providing financial insights that drive business direction and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and cash flow forecasting.
- Implement and oversee ERP and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Guide the board with strategic insights on investments, profitability, and risk.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fully or partly qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/FMCG or startup environment.
- Proficient in ERP-based financial operations and financial analysis.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive leadership mindset.
Store Executive
This role will be central to our supply chain, ensuring that all Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) are efficiently managed. You will oversee inventory control, optimize stock levels, and ensure proper documentation and flow between procurement, production, and dispatch. This is a critical operational role for a detail-oriented, reliable candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inbound/outbound movement of RM, PM, and FG.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using stock control systems.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, and procurement departments.
- Ensure warehouse and storage conditions meet GMP and ISO standards.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and generate inventory reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or NVQ in Logistics, Storekeeping, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or logistics role.
- Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems preferred.
- Meticulous, trustworthy, and highly responsible.
