PROPERTY MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations of residential properties
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle client inquiries/issues promptly
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with occupants, vendors, and contractors
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Possess a minimum of one year experience in property management, customer service or a related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
