REGIONAL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and supervise multiple branches or locations within the region to ensure smooth financial operations, adherence to policies and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor and support branch managers within the region to meet performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the market share.
- Identify and address training needs across the region, ensuring staff are equipped with the skills and industry knowledge.
- Develop and manage regional budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control costs.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 05-08 years experience in the same capacity in a Similar Field.
- Age Limit 30-50 years
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality
