The Job Role
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in logistics/freight forwarding.
- Proactively reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance objectives as per company goals.
- Work closely with current agents and onboard new international/local agents to drive mutual business growth.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all customers to ensure long-term business retention.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Highly motivated, self-oriented and target driven.
- Excellent communication, PR & negotiation skills.
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales or marketing in any sector.
- Minimum academic qualification is A/L.
- Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing/Customer Service would be added advantage.
