Human Resources Manager
(Male Candidates Only)
We are looking for a dynamic & result oriented individual as Human Resources Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, reducing time to hire the meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and liaise with the labor department on HR related matters.
- Plan, direct and coordinate all human resource activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and ensure optimal employee engagement.
- Oversee employee welfare, facility support, and documentation related to leaves, compensations and terminations.
- Handle disciplinary procedure, grievances and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Fully conversant on labor laws of Sri Lanka pertaining to employment and HR best practices.
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in HR software, Microsoft office suite and reporting/documentation processes.
- Age above 40 years.
Human Resources Executive
(Male Candidates Only)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
- Maintain employee records, sound knowledge of time attendance system and handle HR documentation.
- Oversee attendance, and leave management.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Fair knowledge on Labour Law.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or Professional Qualification in HRM.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role minimum 01 year.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attend to the police inquiries and inquiries on consumer affairs authority.
