We are gearing up for the construction of Pentara Residencies - a 40-storey ultra-luxury high-rise in the heart of the city - and we’re looking for motivated, skilled, and passionate individuals to join our award-winning construction team.
PLANNING ENGINEER
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with minimum Eight (08) years’ post qualifying experience as a Planning Engineer in a high-rise building, hotels or mass housing projects
- Should be able to handle multiple planning tools for project planning, progress monitoring, procurement planning and subcontractors planning
- Thorough knowledge in building construction industry in Sri Lanka is vital
- Good command in both Sinhala & English languages
- Well awareness of ISO management systems is important
CIVIL ENGINEER
- BSc (Eng) Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum Eight (08) years’ experience in residential building construction projects
- Experience in pilling, engineering, surveying, QA/QC & auto cad knowledge will be an added advantage.
ASSISTANT ENGINEER
- NDT/HNDE/NCT (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
- Minimum Eight (08) years’ experience in residential building construction projects
MEP SERVICE ENGINEER
- NDT/NDES/HNDE (Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
- Minimum Three (06) years working Experience in building projects
- Exposure to Electrical/plumbing installation and construction machinery, equipment services
- Priority will be given to applicants who can join immediately
