SALES MANAGER – MARINE DIVISION
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development efforts in the marine division.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with marine sector clients including shipping lines, ports, and ship management companies.
- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure superior customer service and product support.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Prior experience in the marine lubricants sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- A Degree or Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing. Mechanical Engineering background would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding of the marine industry, especially lubricant applications and customer needs.
