DESIGNATION: ASSISTANT MANAGER - CIVIL ENGINEER
COMPANY NAME: CBL FOODS INTERNATIONAL (PVT) LTD.

ROLE PROFILE
- Oversee all civil engineering maintenance, repair, and development activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted factory operations.
- Attend to urgent repair needs promptly to minimize production downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and proposals for new infrastructure requirements and project improvements.
- Supervise contractor performance to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant execution of civil work.
- Manage departmental budgets, quotations, and contractor payments to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards while driving continuous infrastructure improvements.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- BSc. Degree in Engineering (Civil) (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Civil Engineering.
- Understanding of Contract Management and tendering processes.
- Excellent multitasking and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar design and planning software.
