SENIOR BANKING ASSISTANT (MARKETING DEPARTMENT)
You should ideally:
- possess minimum 4 years of experience in marketing (banking industry experience is preferred)
- possess full or part qualification in CIM or any Marketing qualification (SLIM, BSc in Marketing) and any other (AAT, ICASL, CIMA or ACCA) would be an added advantage
- be able to multitask and be attentive to detail
- have good interpersonal and communication skills
- possess knowledge on using Excel and other applications
- have a flair for excellent customer service
You will be mainly responsible for:
- overall branch branding in the branch network, My Space self-banking kiosks, and offsite ATMs
- overall branch related marketing activities and visibility in the branch network
- assisting in organizing ceremonies and events of branch openings/relocations and refurbishments and other Bank related events
- visiting branches frequently and monitoring requirements to maintain the unique visibility of the branch network
- handling all seasonal decorations and all special projects that are assigned from time to time and ensure that they are carried out in a timely manner with follow up
