GUEST CONCIERGE AGENT - MALL
We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Concierge – Mall to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In this role, you will be the face of the mall’s guest experience, offering warm, professional, and efficient service to all visitors. You will play a key role in elevating the mall’s service standards by providing accurate information, personalized support, and seamless coordination with internal teams and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Provide accurate information on mall outlets, events, and guest services
- Support guests with directions, transport, and other service-related requests
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a prompt and empathetic manner
- Maintain the appearance and readiness of the guest services desk at all times
- Coordinate with mall teams and retailers to ensure seamless guest support
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak periods and special events
