Assistant – Shipping & Logistics
Requirements
- Passed G.C.E. A/L with minimum 03 credit passes.
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, communication & writing skills in English are prerequisites.
- Knowledge in Quick Book would be an added advantage.
- Working Experience in Logistic/Shipping Industry would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
Job Profile
- Liaise with Suppliers, Freight Forwarders in relation to the work pertaining to shipping, imports.
- Handling imports documents & day to day activities of the shipping Department.
- Maintain weekly & monthly Import/Inventory reports & schedules.
- Monitoring Shipments Costs, timelines and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving Shipments and Inventory Issues.
