Senior Executive - Imports
Responsibilities
- Communicate and negotiate with the Principals to meet time bound deliveries for customer success.
- Monitor timely acquisitions of marine insurance policies to cover imports.
- Ensure all imports are aligned with rules and regulations set by the foreign and local authorities.
- Interact and negotiate with suppliers for order placing and arranging on time payments of suppliers.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ of experience in Imports, Logistics or Purchasing related job role.
- Successfully completed GCE A/L; preferably in Commerce or Science Stream.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistic or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge on ERP Systems and Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
