We are now looking for a dynamic and decisive personality for the following vacancy in our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
- Communicate and coordinate with the spare parts and after-sales department as necessary.
- Record the hotline inquiries, complaints and customer feedback received daily.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age between 22-27 years.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English and Sinhala are mandatory. (Those who studied in English medium are encouraged to apply.)
- Excellent phone etiquette and basic computer literacy.
- Experience in a similar capacity will be a definite advantage.
- Should reside in close proximity (Colombo suburbs).
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
