KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exits
  • Administer and oversee HRIS systems and monthly payroll (EPF/ETF/gratuity/statutory reporting)
  • Drive talent acquisition for voice, non-voice, risk, and data analytics teams
  • Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and client-side HR protocols (e.g., AML/CFT screening)
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and build a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Report on HR analytics: turnover, attendance, KPI adherence, and training effectiveness

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A Degree in HRM or Business Admin; CIPM / PQHRM / MBA in HR is a strong advantage
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years at managerial level in a BPO/ITES/FinTech environment
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS & payroll processing
  • Proven track record in high-volume talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law and HR compliance practices
  • Excellent communication in English and Sinhala (Tamil/Hindi is a plus)
  • High ethics, resilience, and ability to lead with both empathy and authority
