Officer - Business Development
(Agriculture - Field Based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Analyse customer feedback to assess satisfaction with products and services.
- Provide insights on product development and competitive positioning.
- Analyse financial data to develop cost-effective strategies that enhance profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with company executives to determine viable business strategies.
- Meet with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate deals.
- Organise and coordinate marketing campaigns.
Personal Profile & Skills
- G.C.E. A/L qualification or a Diploma in Agriculture (an added advantage).
- No prior experience required—school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel for field-based assignments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
