Intern - Process Excellence
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation for various business processes, including SOPs and process manuals.
- Support the creation of process maps to illustrate processes, identifying areas for improvement and potential bottlenecks.
- Help in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data for internal reports related to process performance, efficiency, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Following a bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in Business Management/ Finance (ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA).
- Qualification in Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of process mapping and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
