F&B Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily shift operations & ensure compliance with all F&B policies and brand standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned outlets are met and maintained.
  • Responsible for food & beverage stock control.
  • Supervise service of the team and actively interact with Travelers.
  • Encourage and empower team to provide excellent service.
  • Effectively respond to all Travelers’ feedback and queries.
  • Actively involved in setting department targets and objectives and achieving them.
  • Coach individual Crew members to develop their skills to maximize performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a guest-focused attitude.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer literacy.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
