As a member of the Kitchen, he/she must be responsible to prepare and provide the highest quality food in his/her area, maintaining utmost hygiene & sanitation to achieve the optimum level of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability.

Requirements / Qualification

  • Hardworking with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both Verbal and Written English.
  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Hot Kitchen.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Prepare all orders for the section, according to the agreed standards for each item/dish, ensuring that orders are produced accurately and at the correct time.
  • To maintain all areas of the section in a clean and hygienic condition, always observing and adhering to company hygiene regulations.
  • Responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment in his area in good working condition.
  • Always assist the Chef de Partie in the running of the section.
  • Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation.
