Executive/Senior Executive- Sales & Marketing
Industry: Freight forwarding
Location: Colombo
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Promote freight forwarding services through strategic marketing campaigns and networking activities.
- Address customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide solutions to meet client logistics needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations and resolving service-related issues.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare reports to track sales progress, revenue growth, and market trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
