HR EXECUTIVE
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, PQHRM, CQHRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Prior Experience in Recruitment and Talent acquisition is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Communication Skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.
Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Friday : 9am - 5.30pm
- Saturday : 9am - 2pm
