HR TRAINEES/INTERN

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Or Diploma, or any relevant professional qualification (Full/Partial)
  • Strong interest in building a career in HR.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Primary duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and leave management tasks, if required.
