Export Documentation Executive – Admin Support

As part of our growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our documentation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare complete export documentation including:
    • Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO), etc.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines/freight forwarders, banks, and internal departments for timely shipment processing
  • Handle LC documentation, shipping instructions, and booking coordination
  • Maintain and update export records and shipment trackers
  • Provide administrative support including report preparation, data entry, and follow-ups
  • Assist in customs or trade-related compliance and communication

Candidate Profile:

  • 1+ year experience in export documentation, shipping, or freight forwarding is preferred
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or shipping portals is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and document handling
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and work under deadlines

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum: GCE A/Ls
  • Preferably a diploma or course in logistics, exports, or administration

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • EPF/ETF as per statutory requirements
  • 6-month probation with salary review after confirmation
  • Performance-based annual appraisal and growth opportunities
  • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
