Job Description

1. Position Purpose

Drive revenue and retention for HireHospo's equipment-as-a-service business by converting inbound leads, coordinating fulfillment with our supplier Whaspro, maintaining our Shopify catalogue, recruiting existing clients and continuously improving processes. We're looking for an energetic, proactive self-starter with razor-sharp attention to detail who thrives on fast turn-arounds, instant communication and seeing results end-to-end. Full product, systems and marketing training will be provided.

2. Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Handling & Rapid Response
    • Monitor web forms, live chat, email and phone quotes; reply almost instantly during NZ business hours.
    • Qualify prospects, build rapport and conduct closing deals.
    • Log every touch-point in CRM with 100% accuracy; maintaining pipeline.
  • Quoting, Contracting & Closing
    • Prepare accurate free quotes and lease/purchase contracts.
    • Negotiate terms, secure signatures, raise invoices in Xero and report results.
    • Double-check quotes, GST and dates before documents leave your outbox.
  • Logistics & Fulfillment
    • Liase daily with Whaspro on stock, freight pricing and delivery dates to secure for the customer.
    • Track each order until equipment is installed and client-signed.
  • E-commerce & Catalogue Maintenance
    • Update product pages, including inventory and on Shopify.
    • Website maintenance and updates.
    • Follow up with current rental and lease customers presenting renewal, buy-out, or return options.
    • Coordinate retrieval/service of returned gear; minimise churn.
  • Process Optimization
    • Map, document and refine SOPs; identify automation wins.
    • Spot data anomalies early and fix root-cause issues.
  • Marketing
    • Drive qualified leads by planning and executing multi-channel campaigns - cold-email, re-engagement nurture, basic social and paid ads - tracking performance data to optimize reach, engagement and conversions.
    • Experimentation and testing of ad creatives and strategies on Facebook to determine which deliver best ROAS.
    • Growth strategies across media and social platforms.
  • Direct Reports
    • Directly report to company CEO and CMO on a regular basis.

3. Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in B2B sales ops, leasing or SaaS / recurring-revenue environment.
  • Live-pipeline management expertise.
  • Meticulous attention to detail - zero-defect quotes, contracts and invoices.
  • Power-user of:
    • CRM
    • Xero (quotes, invoicing, basic reports)
    • Shopify (products, pricing, order documents)
  • Excellent written & spoken English; confident with NZ hospitality owners.
  • Energetic, quick on the trigger, proactive problem-solver with "always-on" phone.
  • Process-documentation mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Commercial-kitchen or industrial-equipment background.
