Assistant Manager - Spare parts Shop
Seiko Japan Lanka is a prominent business entity specializing in the importation and distribution of Japanese vehicle spare parts, machinery, and related products. Our retail outlets are situated along High Level Road in Thunnana, Pahathgama, and New Kandy Road in Kaduwela. We are currently in search of vibrant, energetic individuals to join our team. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our sales.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead the team to continuously improve shop sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure the security of goods in the shop and yard, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
- Handle and manage customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Assign tasks to team members and supervise them to ensure efficient work.
- Update daily sales and other transaction records, ensuring their accuracy.
Key requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar capacity role or in automotive spare parts sales will be an advantage.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Outstanding sales and organizational skills.
- Proficient in administrative tasks.
- IT literate, including proficiency in MS Office, internet, email, and social media platforms.
- Sound educational background with GCE O/L & A/L qualifications.
- Preferred age: below 40 years.
