About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive team member to join our People Services team. This entry-level role supports smooth and compliant HR operations, with a strong focus on data accuracy and employee support. Full time, Monday to Friday position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding, including offer reviews and system setup
  • Maintain employee records in HR, learning, and time-tracking systems
  • Manage offboarding and ensure records are complete
  • Respond to HR Help Desk queries
  • Review reimbursement requests and support approval processes
  • Assist with workplace reviews related to conduct or theft
  • Generate reports and help analyse people data

About You

  • A degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Basic HR and employment law knowledge (Sri Lanka or ANZ/Canada is a plus)
  • Good English skills (written and verbal)
  • Great attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A team-first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
