About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive team member to join our People Services team. This entry-level role supports smooth and compliant HR operations, with a strong focus on data accuracy and employee support. Full time, Monday to Friday position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, including offer reviews and system setup
- Maintain employee records in HR, learning, and time-tracking systems
- Manage offboarding and ensure records are complete
- Respond to HR Help Desk queries
- Review reimbursement requests and support approval processes
- Assist with workplace reviews related to conduct or theft
- Generate reports and help analyse people data
About You
- A degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Basic HR and employment law knowledge (Sri Lanka or ANZ/Canada is a plus)
- Good English skills (written and verbal)
- Great attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Confidence with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A team-first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
