Head of Operations - Ticketing, Visa and Tours
We are looking for an experienced, outgoing and passionate individual to take over the lead. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the agency and manage a small yet dedicated team of passionate travel experts. Together with the team, you will take the agency to the next level.
Responsibilities and Qualities
- Plan, Organise and control the operations related to all travelling aspects of the company
- Possess more than 3 years experience in the travel trade with ample knowledge and connections.
- Co-ordinate and direct the activities of staff members.
- Possess a solid knowledge about airline booking systems like AMADEUS
- Creating and maintaining budgets and key sales targets.
- Carry sound professional knowledge and experience in Ticketing, Visa Handling and Arranging Tours - both inbound and outbound.
- Be responsible for overlooking and driving the success of Ticketing, Visa services and Tour package handling of the company
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
- Possess the knowledge and drive to overlook the social media platforms of the company
