Miraculous Holidays Pvt. Ltd is a well-established Travel Company with over 13 years of combined experience. We are officially registered with the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.
THE JOB ROLE
- Respond to incoming inquiries accurately & promptly.
- Prepare creative itinerary to fulfill travelers’ requirements.
- Create costing for each travel request.
- Take ownership of every incoming enquiry, follow up and coordinate with internal & external parties.
- Make sure the tours are completed smoothly.
- Maintain and update the database timely and accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar Role in Tourism or Customer Service (Trainee Tour Executive Position no experience needed and full training will be given)
- Excellent command in English both written and verbal communication is a must.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in MS Office packages.
- Age between 18 – 30.
- A Diploma or A Degree / Professional Qualification in Tourism/ Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.
- Great Customer Service attitude.
- Coachable & Flexible.
- Proactive & Self-Organized.
- Self-motivated and passionate about travel and tourism.
- Problem solving and critical thinking.
- Team player & positive attitude.
- Accountable.
