Responsibilities
- Purchase, receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to hotel standards.
- Maintain GRNs, POs, inventory reports and other documents related to the job role.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory balances across departments.
- Uphold standards of accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in all inventory operations.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role with a reputed hotel.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory control.
- Working knowledge of inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accountability.
