EXECUTIVE-COSTING
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue career in Industrial Engineering. The ideal candidate should be energetic team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Role & Responsibility
- Initial Costing-by using Technical Drawing Prepare initial Operation Break Down.
- Design Costing - Issue just in time costing respect the requested timeline.
- Deliver 100% accurate costing Right First Time (RFT) on or before lead time.
- Lead Risk Analysis meeting.
- Positively & Effectively negotiate with customer when challenging the SMVs.
- Select Most cost effective & production feasible methods while costing for the bus.
- Standardize SMVs through GSD application.
- Method Video Capturing at Sample stage for future reference.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in engineering, textile or any management related field; or a combination of education and experience; Associate plus 3 years relevant work experience.
- Fluent Knowledge in Workstudy function in an apparel manufacturing.
- Fluent Knowledge in GSD.
- Should be an Innovative thinker.
- Fluent Knowledge in lean manufacturing.
- Fluent Knowledge in English and computer literacy (MS office) are must.
- Good Leadership skills and Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work as a team.
