MANAGER - Concepts & Fits
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Information Technology. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve defined business KPIs.
Role & Responsibility
- Oversee, Follow up and execute entire concept sample and approval sample process for all customers.
- Applied Technical knowledge and strong communication skills for new developments with Garment Tech team and Pattern team and the customer technical team.
- Customer required sample standards should be maintained from initial stage.
- Analyze & execute appropriate Construction / Pattern amendments timely manner.
- Ensure to provide quick responses without any delays to internal and external customer queries.
- Identifying new design, Pattern and Technical methods from new innovations and develop patterns according to Garment Technical Package.
- Applied technical knowledge of fabric and trims to get the best output resulting end user requirement.
- Develop production feasible pattern/methods whilst processing the concept sample and development approval processes in order to endure products are cut and sewn in accordance to specified standards.
- Take Ownership to ensure the samples are made to the right standard and deliver at the right time.
- Special attention on external audit such as 6S Audit/ external audit such as QMS/DPR/HRP/GTD etc to meet its requirements.
- Analyze design, fit, pre-production sample for new style, identify possible production/technical issues that could be encountered and propose preventive measures to address any such issues thereby, ensuring a smooth production.
- Have effective communication with technical teams to understand and expedite concept/approval sample process.
- Ensure that every produced sample must be thoroughly checked and approved prior to dispatching it from the sample.
- Maintain the audit requirements (Internal/External).
- Focusing on Innovation & KAIZEN.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven work experience in the similar capacity minimum 5 years of experience in fully computerized large-scale trim store.
- Communication skills in English & Computer Literacy.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Diploma in pattern making in recognize institution.
- Ability to work independently with less supervision.
