PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Grand Link Apparel (Pvt) Ltd is a leading apparel manufacturing company located in Beruwala, Sri Lanka. We are specialized in denim ladies wear, catering to elite client in local market. We are seeking a self motivated individual to join our team of professionals for the above position at our Beruwela factory.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering or Garment Technology.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in denim production, or apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of denim construction techniques.
- Ability to interpret tech packs, patterns & samples.
- Experience in supervising a team on the production floor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production planning & execution.
- Line supervision & team management.
- Quality control & assurance.
- Efficiency & productivity monitoring.
- Denim-specific process oversight.
- Cross department coordination.
- Reporting & documentation.
