Intern – IT Help Desk

Requirements

  • A final year undergraduate from a reputed university with a degree in IT or related field
  • Dedicated team player

Key responsibilities

  • Provide initial level 1 end-user support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Provision laptops and maintain inventor records
  • Support corporate events and training sessions
