Job Summary:
As the Assistant Manager – Marketing & Digital Communications, you are responsible for leading all communication and marketing efforts across the organization. This includes managing digital marketing, driving e-commerce sales, and overseeing ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns. You handle the full marketing budget, lead corporate events, and direct marketing for Singhagiri Solar.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including Meta, Google, YouTube, and e-commerce performance on Singhagiri.lk.
- Manage company-wide communications across digital and traditional platforms.
- Plan and execute ATL (TV, radio, press), BTL (in-store, activations), and TTL (integrated) campaigns.
- Own and manage the overall marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
- Organize corporate events and showroom-level promotions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Singhagiri Solar (B2B & B2C).
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing with a strong digital focus.
- Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, project management, and budgeting skills.
