Stores Keeper
We are in the process of seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated individual to play a dynamic role as a Stores Keeper with an exceptional analytical and decision-making skills with technical competencies with a passion to deliver exceptional results.
Selected candidate is responsible for:
- Efficiently manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Adhering to Issuing method (FIFO, Batch tracking)
- Process requests for items and ensure timely issuance.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, including mechanical and electrical components.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse and storage.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Process requests for materials related to MEP, HVAC or relevant.
- Keep accurate records of transactions and material movements.
- Collaborate with MEP/HVAC project managers, engineers, suppliers, and procurement division.
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
- Implement and enhance proper handling and storage practices.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Age between 30 – 45 Years.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Full or Partial qualified certification or diploma in supply chain management.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience working experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent knowledge working with an ERP system.
- Good communicational skills.
- Willingness to work in any location.
