Senior Accounts (Full Time) – Work from Home (Fully Remote Position)
Salary Range – Rs 40,000/- to 50,000/-

Accounting And Business Consultant practice seeks an experienced and expert accounting professional to work on multiple offshore companies as their regular bookkeeper and accounts staff. This Position will be a Fulltime and Fully Work from home position.
You will be an energetic and proactive individual with the ability to prioritise and manage completing and handling multiple clients to meet the company deadlines.
Responsibilities
Perform the day-to-day Accounting functions across the Companies that you will be handling including but not limited to:
- Daily Accounts reconciliation via Accounting software (QBO, XERO, MYOB, WAVE Etc..)
- Preparation of Financial Reports & Statements – (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually)
- Posting Financial transactions promptly & accurately.
- Creating and Managing Budget and Cash Flow Statements.
- Experience in Hubdocs, Expensify, Dext and Google Sheets preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Qualifications and Experience
- AAT Fully Qualified or Part qualification in ICASL / CIMA / ACCA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets.
- Expert Knowledge in Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop Packages (XERO, MYOB, WAVE knowledge is a Plus but not required).
What We Are Looking For In The Right Candidate
- Ability to handle multiple clients bookkeeping in various business entities.
- Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work within the deadline assigned.
- Applicant should have the capacity to multitasking as there will be 5-10 client accounts to be handled at a time.
- Eager to learn new software (Training will be provided when required).
- Should always be prompt in providing and maintaining work updates.
- Ability to finish the assigned tasks in a timely manner and willingness to work effectively to meet the deadlines.
