Head of Central Procurement

Job Profile

  • Lead and manage all centralized procurement operations across multiple hotel properties.
  • Develop cost-effective purchasing strategies while ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency.
  • Implement procurement systems and controls to streamline purchasing processes.
  • Monitor inventory, reduce costs, and support budgeting initiatives in coordination with Finance.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Prior experience in hotel or service industry procurement is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
