Head of Central Procurement
Job Profile
- Lead and manage all centralized procurement operations across multiple hotel properties.
- Develop cost-effective purchasing strategies while ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Implement procurement systems and controls to streamline purchasing processes.
- Monitor inventory, reduce costs, and support budgeting initiatives in coordination with Finance.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Prior experience in hotel or service industry procurement is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
