We are currently inviting applications for the role of Consultant – SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Consultant and be responsible for payroll operations, off-cycle payments, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
The Consultant – SuccessFactors Payroll will be responsible for:
- Providing functional and technical support to internal and external clients
- Supporting Regular and Off Cycle Payroll processing
- Incorporating the new requirements and configurations
- Requirements gathering and conceptualizing the process, and project implementations.
- Handling incidents and service requests related to Payroll and SuccessFactors
- Working with cross functional modules and handling integrations
- Handling internal and external customers, and providing solutions through helpdesk
- Supporting in proposal developments and product demos to client
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree or a Professional Qualification in HRM, IT, or Business Management, with 3-4 years’ experience in the similar capacity
- Working knowledge in HRIS systems
