COLLECTION MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Collection Manager to join our exclusive Penatara - Thunmulla luxury development team. This role requires a professional with strong customer relationship skills and a proven ability to manage and follow up high-net-worth clients to ensure timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with premium clientele to ensure timely payments
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with high-end customers
- Coordinate with internal finance and legal teams on collection matters
- Provide regular reports on collection performance
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a Finance Company or similar industry is highly preferred
- Proven track record in handling high-value collections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory
- Professional appearance and ability to handle VIP clientele with discretion
