We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Assistant to support our finance and administrative functions. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks while also providing general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. If you have a good grasp of basic accounting principles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

We are looking for,

  • Handling Petty cash documents.
  • Handling Emails / Memos.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Performing clerical and general office duties.
  • Handling Tender Documents.
  • Assist various events (Conferences, meetings, training programs…)
  • Any other duties the management may feel relevant to the past.

What you need,

  • Preferably a female candidate.
  • G.C.E. A/L qualified in Commerce stream.
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Management, or similar qualification.
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
  • Good communication skills & Excellent in team working.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Age below 40 years.
  • Preference will give to candidates residing in Kiribathgoda area.
