Technical Officer
(Rathnapura, Trincomalee, Kandy and Kurunegala)
Responsibilities
- Install and configure PCs, Laptops, CDM, CRM, POS, CCTV and computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Assist customers either via phone or visit to set up systems or resolve issues related to computer hardware.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software defects.
- Support the roll-out of new applications and respond within the agreed time limits to call-outs.
