Manager Housekeeping
Scope:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of Housekeeping Department in accordance with the Radisson brand standards.
- Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to the high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.
- Supervising, coordinating and following up on monthly inventories.
- Maintaining effective communication with other departments to follow-up and consistently maintaining high product and service standards.
- Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel guidelines.
Job Profile:
- Possesses 2 years’ experience in same capacity with star class hotel background.
- Academic background with Hotel school qualification will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in FFE & Capex procedures.
- Has the ability to attract potential customer base as well as existing customers with the intention of providing a satisfactory and a quality service.
- Is fluent in English language in regard to oral, written and listening.
- Is confident in handling Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
