FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT
LECTURER / SENIOR LECTURER – HRM
We are looking for academics to join our team as Lecturers/Senior Lecturers in Human Resource Management field. If you have a strong research background, a commitment to excellence in teaching, and proven record in the academic field, we invite you to apply.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ☑ A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Business/ HR Management from a recognized University.
- ☑ University Level Teaching Experience:
- A Master's degree from a recognized university and a minimum of 3 years teaching experience is mandatory for lecturer positions.
- A Doctoral degree or a Master's degree and 5+ years of teaching experience at university level are mandatory for senior lecturer positions.
- ☑ The ability to undertake research supervision and teach a variety of HRM specialized as well as general management subjects is expected.
- ☑ Should be able to work both on weekdays and weekends as per the requirements of the faculty.
- ☑ A strong research background and a proven record in the academic field through publications, scholarly contributions, or other academic achievements.
