Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Oversee content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the website.
- CONTENT GOVERNANCE: Ensure all social media posts align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, and phone, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- WEBSITE MANAGEMENT: Keep product listings updated, manage online orders, and ensure smooth website operations.
- CAMPAIGN COORDINATION: Assist in planning and overseeing photoshoots to ensure they align with brand image and social media goals.
- EMAIL AND PHONE MARKETING: Create and manage email campaigns and phone-based promotions.
- COLLABORATION: Work closely with the CEO and team to align strategies and goals.
This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and an understanding of both social media trends and e-commerce platforms.
