BUSINESS ANALYST
The selected candidate would be responsible for the identification, documentation, and improvement of business processes by gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role ensures IT and digital solutions align with business needs, eliminate manual processes, reduce delays, and support seamless execution of process improvement projects.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/IS, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Process improvement expertise (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and digital tool proficiency.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Exposure to system implementations (ERP/digital initiatives) is an advantage.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) is a plus.
